Data Storage Duration

Active Subscription: As long as you maintain an active subscription with WeParent, your data remains securely stored on our servers. The duration for which your data is stored coincides with the duration of your subscription. For instance, if you've been using WeParent for 15 years with an uninterrupted subscription, we retain your data for that duration.

Cancelled Subscription: In the event of a cancelled subscription, your data is retained for a period of 1 year from the cancellation date. During this time, you have the option to resubscribe and regain access to your stored information.

Non-Resubscription: Should you choose not to resubscribe after the 1-year retention period following subscription cancellation, WeParent reserves the right to initiate the deletion of your data. However, please note that to date, we have never deleted user data without explicit user consent or without adhering to our outlined policies.
Data Deletion Process
- Parental Agreement: For data deletion, both parents associated with the WeParent account need to consent to the complete deletion of their data. This ensures that the process is initiated only when all involved parties mutually agree.
