Please note that we CAN NOT process refunds for subscriptions obtained via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
This is because Apple and Google directly manage those subscriptions, and we don't have access to the billing information for them. If you've subscribed to the WeParent app via the App Store or the Play Store and need to request a refund, please make sure to contact Apple or Google directly.
At SupportPay we reserve the right not to offer a refund or chargeback for our services.
